SHOP

As a 'second hand' selling site, we do our upmost that the items sold on our site are 'fit for purpose'. If any of our products are brand new from our supplier then it will say so.

EXCHANGES

This applies to our second hand goods only! If you have LARP kit that is in sellable condition and you like some kit you found on our site, please contact us (shop@tinkerstrinkets.co.uk) and we can discuss what options there are.

SHIPPING

We ship within the UK at standard costs via Royal Mail, any larger items may require extra charge or a courier maybe needed. We will keep the delivery cost as close to what our courier will charge.

Please allow 7 - 14 working days for your delivery.  We will whip the minions as quick as we can to box up and send your order.

FREEBIES

While stocks last! We love our hobbies and occasional we get little bits that we already have personally so we would like to pass it on. These freebies range from Trading Cards like Pokemon or Magic the Gathering or we could have mini Lego Figures and Little Funkos that need another home. When you open up your box from us, just double check as their MIGHT be something added.

RETURNING A NON-FAULTY ITEM

If you open the box/parcel and it doesn't fit or you're unhappy in any way shape or form let us know (shop@tinkerstrinkets.co.uk) and we'll try to rectify the issues you have. Legally you've got 14 days from when you received the goods to do this but we do understand about birthdays and Christmas.

We're happy to exchange stuff or give you a full refund provided you haven't used it (trying it on does not constitute using it, wearing it for a 24 hour linear adventure does)

You can just put the stuff in a box with a note and post it back to us (you have to pay the return postage). When we get it we'll sort out your issues or give you a refund for your original order value.

KIT HIRE

Depending on what is needed for your project, we will give an estimated itemised quote before any money gets transferred. Once an agreement is made on what you'd like for your project, a non-refundable deposit is required.
